Top 10 favorite craft beers

So, I thought it would be interesting to share my top 10 with you.  Everybody has their list and everyone's list is different.  As I sit and think about it, I'm thirsty and since I'm not having a beer, my senses are on high alert with the desires of my palate.

A Top 10 is somewhat hard to do.  I could list the Top 10 most unique/memorable beers I've had and wow would that be a list from Chile Lime to Oyster Stout.  I could list the Top 10 that have made the biggest impression on me from its complexity to its nose in a tulip.  Or, I could combine all of them and just let you know what my Top 10 are that are each individually unique, made a lasting impression, I like to drink and if I had the opportunity, would love to keep on hand.

Hence, the list;

10.  Pyramid Apricot Ale (for pure enjoyment and drinkability I may never remove this from my top 10
and you can call me crazy but in the summer, it's kind of like crack)
9.  O'dell, Red Ale (I love a GOOD Red Ale and I'm doubling up on a few breweries, haven't found one better yet with this kind of big flavor)
8.  Great Divide, DPA (I'm just a sucker for this beer, it's a Pale Ale that's good with everything)
7.  O'Dell, Mountain Standard (for it's big, bold flavors and it's a great winter warmer)
6.  Dogfish Head, 90 Minute IPA (the rating is well deserved in the IPA category)
5.  Great Divide, Hercules Double IPA (the IPA that got me started on IPA's and I have an affinity for
it)
4.  Dogfish Head, Midas Touch (saffron, honey and muscat grapes make a great big ancient sipper)
3.  Firestone Walker, Sucaba (Whoa, all I can say is dark chocolate, vanilla, tobacco, bourbon and oak)
2.  Dogfish Head, Theobroma (complex and unique with a little heat)
1.  '09 Deschutes, The Abyss (unparalleled stout that gets better with age and I still have a bottle of '08)

There's mine, take it or leave it, but all pretty amazing beers in their own right.  I'd love to hear yours.
